Abstract

The study analyzed the old wine of the five Chateau(Chateau Margaux 1943, Chateau Latour 1953, Chateau Haut Brion 1977, Chateau Lafite Rothschild 1974, Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1917) in Bordeaux, France.BR Chateau Margaux 1943 is a vintage during World War II and has historical scarcity. Detailed analysis was conducted in advance, middle and post-stage centering on decanting and the basis of the research methodology applied to the research of the future old wine was provided. Although it has generally been regarded as a rough masculine wine for Chateau Latour wine, the vintage 1953 old wine has been shown to be softer than any other wine after sufficient decanting. Chateau Haut Brion 1977 is famous for its wine with storytelling that saved the country from war. The wine from the Grave region showed discriminative analysis. The results of testing were studied specifically by observing the changes in aroma and bouquet in Chateau Lafite Rothschild 1974. It has contributed to the new process of reevaluation and testing of old wine. A step-by-step detailed study was conducted on the tasting of Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1917. As of 2022, an analysis of old wine from 105 years ago was made. Analysis of aroma, bouquet and taste provided useful information to wine buyers and marketers.
