Abstract
The rise of autonomous mobility is transforming mobility interiors for enhanced experiences. Users engage in various activities during transit, turning the mobility into a versatile space for relaxation, work, and play (Bed-Work-Play, BWP). This study, therefore, aims to identify future user expectations and propose directions for improving experiences in autonomous mobility interior space. By reviewing relevant studies from the past decade, we've grasped the evolving significance and role of these spaces. Analyzing three industry cases, we established criteria for meaningful experiential factors. We plan a Kano model-based survey for users with driving experience, employing Timko's Customer Satisfaction Coefficient and Potential Customer Satisfaction Index (PCSI) to prioritize improvements for specific experiential factors.
