大型試験体を用いた両振り一定振幅載荷の疲労強度 : 鋼構造柱梁溶接接合部の累積疲労損傷評価 その1

Abstract

It is necessary to make clear fatigue strength of beam to column welded connections in order to establish the wind resistant design of steel structures. We performed fatigue tests under uniform cycle load whth used large scale specimens. The number of all specimens is 27, they combined shop welding type with field welding type from 0.3σy to 1.20σy stress in beam weIding end. Results are summarized as follows, 1) Δσ〜Nf curve had uniform slope (m=5) and becomes gentle compared with the JSSC design recommendation (m=3). 2) Δεh〜Nf curve by hot-spot stress amplitude can be expressed in the elastic stress and plastic stress.
