Abstract
Cyanamide服用歴のある54歳アルコール多飲者男性に術前診断が困難であった単発性の腫瘤を肝前上亜区域に認めた.組織学的には腫瘤全体がHematoidinの高度沈着を伴った壊死に陥り,僅かにgoast cellsを認めるのみであった.非腫瘤部ではperiportalを中心にOrcein染色陰性のground glass appearanceを認めた.嫌酒剤を服用したアルコール多飲者肝臓におけるground glass appearanceの出現は以前より知られていたが,これに腫瘍が併存したという報告はない.アルコールおよび嫌酒剤による肝腫瘍の発生を考えるうえで貴重な症例と考えられた.
