Abstract

This article refers to the role of Z. A. Goryushkin in the development of Russian jurisprudence in the late XVIII – early XIX centuries. His contribution to the systematization of the legislation of that time and the training of law specialists is analyzed. Estimates of his work by well-known researchers of the past and present are given.
