Abstract
In this paper the author examines Ryzhii's connections with a variety of poets-predecessors, primarily Blok and Georgii Ivanov, but also Nikolai Rubtsov and Sergei Esenin. Traces from these poets can be observed in much of Ryzhii's poetry.
