Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the content of the concept of “electronic court archive”. It is proposed to consider the electronic archive of the court as a constantly modernized software and hardware complex, focused on the operation of a variety of horizontal and vertical document communications. At the same time, the main feature of the court’s electronic archive is the ability to perform all traditional archival office-work operations within the framework of electronic document flow, which prevents its identification solely with the place of storage of containers of electronic documents.
