Abstract

Crude RNAs were isolated from synovium of nine patients with RA, OA and synovial sarcoma. After the followed purification step, poly (U)-sepharose 4B column chromatography, in only two cases with RA the purified mRNA was recovered. These mRNAs were translated in the protein using Amarsham's in vitro translation system. And the products were identified by the antibodies, anti-human IgG, anti-human λ, RA patient's IgM and IgG.Finally, these prodcts reacted to the antihuman IgG and RA patient's IgG. This result may be the evidence that RA patient's synovium produced the IgG and the unknown protein which reacted to the other RA patient's IgG.
