Abstract
症例は43歳,女性.1996年12月28日より39度の発熱,29日より強度の右側腹部痛があり当院受診した.腹部CT検査で腸重積と診断し,ガストログラフィン注腸検査により整復した,1997年1月10日原因精査のため大腸内視鏡検査を施行した.回腸末端20cm程に浅い不整形潰瘍が多発し,耳たぶ状潰瘍,タコイボ状潰瘍に類似した潰瘍も見られた,盲腸,上行結腸には小さいアフタ様潰瘍が散在していた.生検標本ではリンパ濾胞の過形成が認められた,注腸造影検査では回腸末端の襞の粗大化,結節状変化が見られた.便培養は陰性であったが,1月16日の血中YersiniaenterocoliticaO-3抗体が128倍と上昇していた.Yersinia腸炎による成人腸重積症の本邦報告例は過去に1例しかなく貴重な症例と考えられた.
