Abstract
Recently, efficiency and the profit of public works are asked by social capital maintenance. Importance and the necessity of the cost benefit analysis are recognized as a technique of the evaluation of the policy. Especially, the validity verification of the invesiment is an important problem in the land improvement project of agricultural infrastructure improvement and rural development. In htis paper, Internal rate of return, net present value and benefit ratio were calculated. And internal rate of return, net present value and benefit ratio were compared.
