Abstract
In this article, the researchers come to the conclusion that in order to improve the activities of officials of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and simplify the process of executing administrative punishment in the form of an administrative fine, it is necessary to use a matrix code on the forms of resolutions on administrative offenses. It is indicated that this introduction will speed up the process of executing an administrative penalty, thereby avoiding late payment and eliminating the possibility of making mistakes when manually entering the details.
