Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the prospects and problems of developing a hybrid work model, which has already become an inevitable solution for many organizations. The main options for implementing the hybrid model are presented, as well as other advantages compared to traditional office work and completely remote work. Typical problems arising in a hybrid environment and their manifestations in such areas as communications and cooperation, professional development, corporate culture, staff well-being, productivity and motivation, technological safety are highlighted). It is shown that the features of hybrid work often conflict with established management practices. Based on a generalization of experience in implementing a hybrid work model, national and global studies, recommendations are substantiated to overcome difficulties and find the optimal balance between the advantages and disadvantages of working in a hybrid environment.
