Abstract
국제적 인구이동으로 한국에도 다양한 국적 출신의 국민과 거주자로 인해 다문화 사회가 되었다. 다문화가정의 범주 속에서 결혼이주여성의 이주적응 문제는 다문화 사회에서 중요한 사안이다. 박물관에서는 한국문화 이해하기 프로그램으로 이주적응을 돕고 있으나 시간적 · 공간적 한계와 지속적이지 않다는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 박물관을 관람할 때 결혼이주여성에게 적절한 방식의 해설을 지속해서 제공해 줄 수 있는 맞춤 박물관 가이드 시스템을 제안하였다. 자신이 가진 배경지식과 박물관 전시물을 비교할 수 있고, 선호하는 정보 형태(콘텐츠 유형 및 익숙한 언어)로 해설을 받을 수 있었다. 프로토타입으로 기존의 웹VR 박물관과 비교 실험하였고, 시스템이 결혼이주여성의 문화이해에 적절한지 가능성을 평가하였다. 평가결과 결혼이주여성은 시스템을 통해 한국문화 이해, 몰입도, 만족도, 정보성에서 유의미한 결과를 도출하였다.
