Abstract

The subject of the study by researchers was regarding 16 females in their 40s divided into an exercise group(8people) and a comparison group(8people).BR They were given a Mat pilates which would implement to tests that would occur for an hour, 3 times a week with an intensity of 50-70% HRR.BR Measurements conducted before and after the Mat pilates stated that every piece of data analysis used SPSS(Ver. 23.0) and for figuring out the difference in the group conducted by paired t-test and the comparison between group conducted by Independent t-test estimated the average(M) and standard deviation(SD ). As a result, Estrogen increased significantly. TC, TG and LDL in blood lipids were significantly decreased in group and after the Mat pilates class HDL-C showed significant difference between the group. When all the studies were combined, the Mat pilates showed positive effects on middle-aged women, both in Estrogen and blood lipids also hereafter Further research is needed in many aspects regarding the use of Mat pilates in being used as exercise program for improving health.
