Abstract

The novel heterostructure based on nanoporous bigraphene (NPBG) stacked into AB configuration was designed. An effect of the valence shell of adsorbed transitional metal on its position in heterostructure was investigated. It was found that d-electrons can initiate spin-polarization of non-polarized NPBG (AB) in absence of the effect of intensive electric fields, which is common for NPBG(AA).
