Third, main investigation for the 499 college student-athletes was conducted through explanatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, construct validity and cross validity. The result showed that the two factors from the explanatory factor analysis were categorized by ‘the rights factor(8 items)’ and ‘the attitude factor(6 items).’ The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model was appropriate(CFI=.993, TLI=.966, RMSEA=.074). The Cronbach’s α was .930. The correlation results showed positive in both rights and attitude factors(𝛾=.407~.581, .01).
