Abstract

The article covers the development and application of the test-system Anti-Microbial Array I based on immunomicrochip technology Randox Biochip® in fish. Researches were carried out to determine the linearity, and in the course of experimental studies, the accuracy and precision of the method was studied. Samples of DORADO fish were contaminated with sulfanilamide preparations in concentrations of 50, 100, 150 mg/ kg. In the course of these experiments it was shown that this method fully corresponds to the criterion for assessing the suitability of the method (in accordance with Decision No. 2002/657/EC), while possessing good linearity, sensitivity, specificity, precision (repeatability or convergence and reproducibility), restoration and the ability to detect contaminants in an amount below the MRLs established by regulatory documentation.
