Abstract
This third article continues the study of the concept of barrack hooliganism, which is understood as the aggregate of obviously illegal demonstrative attempts of some military servicemen doing military service by conscription to establish control over other military servicemen and conscripts by applying mental, physical and sexual violence (shadow law). A review of certain high-impact cases gives the author an opportunity to reflect on the gravity of consequences arising as a result of military hazing that is spontaneously formed in the environment of army conscripts in the conditions of the permissive attitude (or even complicity) of officers.
