Abstract
The article presents studies aimed at assessing the dynamics of the circulation of circovirus types 2 and 3 in the population of pigs of different age groups against the background of PCV2 vaccination. With the help of the PCR test systems developed by JSC Vector-Best, it was established that in young animals 28‒30 days old, no PCV2 and PCV3 were detected. At 70 days PCV2 was not isolated, PCV3 – 33.33% of the total number of samples. After 183 days, PCV2 is positive in 16.67%, PCV3 – in 66.67% of samples. From day 227, PCV2 was isolated in 57.14% of samples (time cycle 30‒38), which is possible against the background of vaccination without the transition of the infectious process to an acute form; PCV3 – 7143% of samples.
