Abstract

We report on a case of neurofibroma arising from the nasal vestibule. A 73-year-old male had complained of progressive swelling of nasal vestibule over 10 years. Sinus endoscopy and computed tomography presented the mass in the nasal vestibule. We resected the mass and the pathologic diagnosis was the neurofibroma. Neurofibroma arising in the area of the nose is extremely rare. We discuss the clinical and pathological characters of neurofibroma arising in the nasal cavity.
