Abstract
The work is devoted to the organization and conduct of a hiking trip of the first difficulty category in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Having previously planned the route, the paper analyzes the physical and geographical characteristics of the Ivano-Frankivsk region and the peculiarities of the transport infrastructure. Cultural attractions of the region, which can be included in the hiking route, are being studied. The work considers the main aspects of planning the route, choosing places to spend the night, ensuring safety and the necessary equipment. Advice is also provided on individual and group equipment, first aid kit and communications during the hike. The work contains detailed information about the course of the hike, its duration and distance, as well as conclusions and recommendations for future organizers of similar hikes. The results of the work can be used for planning and conducting hiking trips in other regions of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
