The article deals with methodological principles of Danil Lider’s creative activity in the context of the art of artists of the «big style» effective scenography. The main emphasis is placed on collaboration of the director and the scenographer and their fi nding of common criteria to form the image-design of the spaceplastic systems of the stage work
