Abstract

The problems and prospects of the development of small-scale LNG production in Russia are investigated. Small-scale LNG plants are designed to provide gasification and power supply to remote regions of the country. They contribute to the monetization of small and medium-sized natural gas reserves, as well as create zones of dominance of domestic producers and provide them with competitive advantages.
