Abstract
Actual continuity-true to identify the origins of the problems of modern Ukraine that will yelp socіal renewal and further progress.The problems of modern Ukraine, societies related to the posttotalitarian state, are analysed in the article. Process of transformation of the totalitarian mode in democratic runs into the row of problems: economic, defiant dissatisfaction of population; by the danger of recoil in the past from - for the presences of radical political forces; aspiring to national or to territorial sovereignty, from - after multinational composition of population; influences of other states, defeat sovereignty of Ukraine.

Основной тенденцией тоталитаризма является расширение сферы политической власти во всех сферах жизни общества
Выход из кризиса может осуществляться разными путями, но обязательно при наличии двух условий: 1 ‒ критической массы людей, заинтересованных в сохранении или возрождении тех или иных форм своей социальной интегрированности; 2 ‒ формирования новой интегрированной идеологии (или существенное обновление традиционной), которая четко формулирует цель и задания, обеспечивает ориентиры и стимулирует социальную стабильность
Summary
Системный кризис в Украине связан с двумя основными факторами. Первый фактор – современная политика, политические и социальные институты исчерпали ресурсы и смысл существования. В результате теряется способность общества к созданию новых социальных институтов, как пути выхода из кризиса. Это развитие сопровождается появлением новых социально – экономических, политических и других элементов в общественной жизни. Основной тенденцией тоталитаризма является расширение сферы политической власти во всех сферах жизни общества.
