Abstract

The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for improving public administration in the field of project implementation, which will eliminate shortcomings in the existing system of developing state programs and investment projects. The subject of the study is the process of introducing project management in government bodies and commercial organizations. Currently, there are a number of problems in public administration that indicate the need for a systemic transformation of management processes in the field of creating and implementing socially significant programs. The article presents the results, recommendations and conclusions that make it possible to consider project management as a system that, performing certain functions in management, ensures an increase in the level of socio-economic development of the state through the successful implementation of programs and projects.
