Abstract

The work is devoted to identifying the ‘set’ of means through which the action of civil circulation occurs, in their unity forming the mechanism for the functioning of the latter as a legally significant sphere of society. It is noted that the understanding of this mechanism determines the effective legal regulation of this area, including ensuring its stability. Among such means, the following are highlighted: putting objects into circulation; actions of subjects of circulation to change the owners of objects; legitimation — acquisition of the status of independent participants in circulation by artificially created subjects (individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, public legal entities); primary identification as the registration of a specific subject in a certain information system (in the case of a circulation functioning partially or completely in the digital space). Taking this into account, the main popular areas of legislative work in terms of legal regulation of civil circulation are indicated.
