Abstract
末梢性顔面神経麻痺は一般的に予後良好な疾患であるが, 全体の2割程度に Bell 麻痺の重症例や Hunt 症候群などの予後不良例が存在する. 顔面神経麻痺に対するリハビリテーションは後遺症である麻痺の改善や, 病的共同運動・拘縮の予防と軽減という点で推奨されている.
