Abstract

The principle of operation of a spin waves phase comparator, made on the basis of ferromagnetic film, is described. Mathematical model of equivalent electrical scheme is investigated. The dependence of the output voltage on the comparator on the phase difference of the input microwave signals is obtained. Micromagnetic modelling of conversion of spin waves propagating in a ferromagnetic film into an output microwave signal was carried out.
