Abstract
Досліджені авторські права при створенні картографiчної продукцiї, якщо карта є графічним додатком до тексту офіційного документа, то на неї не поширюються авторські права творця. Розмiщення картографічної продукції без дозволу творця в Iнтернетi є порушенням авторського права.
 The copyright in the creation of cartographic products has been studied, if the map is a graphic appendix to the text of an official document, then the copyright of the creator does not apply to it. Placing cartographic products without the permission of the creator on the Internet is a violation of copyright.
