Abstract

Competency management took increasingly important positions within companies.Nearly 40 percent of the staff organizations became affiliated with the so-called"knowledge workers". Distribution of implementation of knowledge within theOrganization depends directly on competency management systems. Although of no useyet of all aspects and possibilities of this orientation. the competency managementsystems are spread widely within business, administrative and economic, especially inforeign organizations. At the end we have highlight a set of recommendations and futureresearch directions.
