Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the features and main theoretical and practical aspects of stimulating interpersonal conflict through controlled confrontation of its parties. The article clarifies the potential of conflict stimulation for realization of its constructive development scenario and reaching the agreement between the conflict parties. The scientific originality of the research consists in transition from the resolution theory to the conflict transformation theory, as well as in consideration of confrontation as a transformation instrument, both at the level of problem and the level of personality. As a result, it has been proved that confrontational conflict management realized in the process of stimulating intervention is efficient for interpersonal conflict transformation at the level of actors.
