Abstract

This study hopes that in establishing a comprehensive improvement plan for the storm and flood disaster neighborhood unit centered on the village-level living area, and implementing the project, management guidelines that can be operated together with the improvement of the system will be prepared so that the plans, projects and construction materials established by other ministries can be used in a complementary manner so that it can be managed as a more effective and comprehensive storm and flood disaster neighborhood unit.
 In addition to more specific preliminary reviews, review criteria considering urban planning factors are utilized, and various disaster map data and disaster vulnerability analysis data are used to derive disaster-prone areas.
 It is a study to meet the effectiveness of the management guidelines for the comprehensive maintenance plan of the future storm and flood disaster neighborhood unit by presenting systematic and specific clear standards and utilizing data.
