Abstract

The application of modern software systems and the exclusion of technological restrictions on the shape complexity can improve the energy, cavitation and mass characteristics of pumps. Plastic casings and wheels with metal frames provide increased rigidity and versatility of the units. Special coatings improve the smoothness and wear resistance of working surfaces. New shapes of axial and radial dynamic seals reduce volume losses during stabilization and the forces transmitted to the supports. The range of sensors built into the pump adjusting the mode and determining the continuous diagnostics of the pump condition increases.
