Abstract
The paradigm of “human-centricity” is associated with the purposeful development of a person and is used in various spheres of life. The purpose of this work is to study the theoretical aspects of the concept of human-centricity. As a concept, human-centricity has become key in the process of digital transformation of the economy. To achieve this goal, the article examines the main theories and concepts related in meaning to human-centricity. Using the identified connections and intersection points will allow for a deeper understanding of the essence of human-centricity during the digital transformation of organizations and the development of techniques and methods for a human-centered approach to managing an organization.
