Abstract
Over the past 10 years, housing prices across the country have continued to rise, peaking in December 2021, continuing to decline until March 2023. In this study, a methodology that can continuously monitor the real estate market nationwide through time series and cross-sectional analysis by developing an index that can indicate the sensitivity of housing prices traded by 17 cities and administrative districts during the period of rising and falling housing transaction prices would like to present.
