Abstract

The current issues of post-global transformations in the political and legal aspect are analyzed. The article is part of a wider research dedicated to defining the place of the issues of law within the general methodological structure of post-globalization as well as the specifics of interaction between post-global law and other socio-political aspects of worldwide transformations. Structures, properties and prospects of global and macro-regional development are presented and outlined for a discussion; the question of legal reform in Russia considering the dynamics of post-globalization is raised.
