Abstract
The article deals with the processes of evolution of the modern economy, which led to the actualization of the issue of the degree of its intellectualization. One of the main components of informatization is computerization – the saturation of computer and telecommunications equipment and the means of its provision. But, since the spread of technical means inevitably causes a certain resistance of the social environment, it becomes necessary to restructure it accordingly.
