Abstract

1) ラットの皮膚切開で著明な止血効果を認めた. しかし, 術後7日目には, 切開部〓開を招いた.2) ウサギの皮膚組織標本では, 110℃では約300μm, 260℃では約600μmの範囲に熱変性が及んでいた.3) 頭頸部外科手術22症例に用いて, 合併症は認められなかった. 皮下剥離に用いると良好な止血効果があり, 手術時間の短縮になった.4) 皮弁や筋皮弁作成術, 耳下腺手術等にはことに有効であろう.
