Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the corporate culture of the organization. The role of corporate culture in the management of the organization is revealed. The characteristics of the types of corporate culture are given. The validity of the application of the OCAI methodology in the study of the corporate culture of the organization is shown. The study of corporate culture according to the OCAI methodology of TD “Sea World” LLC was carried out. The profiles of the existing and prospective organizational culture of TD “Sea World” LLC are determined. The measures for the transformation of organizational culture are justified: improvement of the personnel structure; development of own design and individual elements of the organization; improvement of the employee motivation system; formation of a market culture in the organization. A phased project for the implementation of the proposed measures has been developed and their effectiveness has been calculated.
