Abstract
The program for the strategic development of the education system provides for the creation of comfortable conditions for students, researchers and faculty. In accordance with this, there is a need to form approaches to building a new innovative educational environment or campuses, including not only residential areas and public spaces, but also areas for conducting scientific activities: educational spaces and laboratories. This article analyzes the areas characteristic of a modern campus, proposes planning solutions and structure.
