Abstract
Today, the whole world is at the stage of transition of the transformation of human capital intodigitalization. Digitalization affects the economic, social and technological way of life of humanity, changingits standard attributes. The main moderator of the digital process is a person who modernizes and improvestheir intellectual capital. The article discusses theoretical approaches to the content of the term “humancapital”, identifies the attributes of human capital, depending on the time frame of the scientists ‘ views. Thepaper highlights the factors that form the main elements of human capital, as well as their modernizationassociated with digitalization.
