Abstract
The country discussed amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The President invited all citizens of the country to work on the amendments. This article is a response to the invitation of the President of Russia. The focus is on legal protection of agricultural land and people working on it. Unfortunately, the issues of organizing the use and protection of land as an irreplaceable natural resource, the basis of life and activity of people, the basis of the sovereignty of peoples living on the relevant territory, the main means of production in agriculture and forestry in the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 1993. they didn't find a proper reflection.
