Abstract
У лекції розглянуто питання оцінки аускультативної картини серцевих шумів у дітей. Проаналізовані класифікація кардіальних шумів у дітей, механізми виникнення органічних і функціональних шумів. Зокрема, описано їх диференціювання за такими показниками, як фаза їх виникнення, епіцентр шуму, інтенсивність, тембр, іррадіація, залежність від фаз дихання, від положення дитини, від фізичного навантаження та ін. Акцентовано увагу на тактиці лікаря при виявленні різних серцевих шумів у дітей.

Intracardiac functional murmurs may occur in children who have not structural pathology of the cardiovascular system
Summary
After listening to the main points of auscultation it should be listening the whole area of the heart. Tones of the heart must be taken into account primarily, and additional auscultative phenomenas might be estimated, including murmurs. Murmurs are additional sounds which might occur in process of auscultation and they can be listened between the tones of the heart during systole and diastole.
