Abstract
The author attempts to substantiate the potential of the "DramaTech" technology in mediation as a tool for resolving social conflict. This technology is presented as a result of the transformation of game theory, which, having acquired new properties and characteristics, provides special opportunities for overcoming conflicts. The presentation describes in detail the algorithm for implementing the "DramaTech" technology during mediation session using the classical (facilitative) mediation model. In conclusion, it is indicated that the claimed algorithm allows to build assertive communication between the parties to mediation to defend point of view, clarify disagreements and objectively assess personal potential in the conflict.
