Abstract

This article discusses the phenomenon of restrictionism. The causes of the occurrence, the consequences that this phenomenon entails for companies are described, the influence of motivational and cultural characteristics on the productivity of workers is noted. To find out the reasons for restriction, a survey was conducted among the employees of the organization “ELS” LLC. Using the example of Yandex, the paper considers measures to combat restrictionism. It is concluded that the dominant factor of motivational behavior of employees is the effective management of the organization.
