Abstract

There has been a significant increase in the number of studied on relation between physical activity and life satisfies. The purpose of this study was to inquiry the effect between morning mountain climbing and campus life change. In order to achieve this purpose, I used qualitative research method on campus life change which centered on morning mountain climbing. In this study, 8 university students who experienced morning mountain were selected as research participants. To solve the purpose of this study, I observed morning mountain climbing during three month. Date were collected by in-depth interview and participant observation. The result of this study was as followed restoration of confidence, concentrated on the study, early riser style and care and attention of others. In conclusion, The result was emerged interrelation between campus life change and morning mountain climbing .
