Abstract
Professional pedagogical training of future vocational teachers refers to the process of preparing individuals to become effective and competent vocational teachers. This type of training includes the acquisition of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for teaching in a vocational education and training setting. The article on this topic covers a range of issues, including pedagogical technologies, development of professional competence, and policies and practices that support the professional development of teachers. The article presents the points of view of authors from all over the world, including Russian authors, who provide a unique insight into teacher training in the Russian context.
