Abstract

希土類-遷移金属合金,とくにフェリ磁性体Gd-Ca系に着目して,磁性および電流磁気効果(異常ホール効果,磁気抵抗効果)の測定を強磁性共鳴吸収のもとで行った。磁化の消失する補償濃度近傍(Gd2GCo8。)では,Gd,Coの磁化が反転するので,興味深いふるまいを示した。磁気抵抗効果は,補償濃度よりもGdに富む組成域で,磁化の大きさの増加とともに直線的に増加した。異常ホール効果についてはCoの寄与が多いことがわかった。軽希土類Euの添加に対する影響は,異常ホール効果に現れ,10at%濃度で大きい。
