Регіональний гуманітарний (елітний) університет

Abstract

In the article, the author substantiates the question of the formation of a regional humanitarian (elite) university. It is based on the second chapter of his monograph PsychologicalSubstantiation of the Reform of the Higher School of Ukraine that Democratically Reforms prepared by him (Theory of Social Optimization of the Transformation of the Higher School, Integrated into Science, in the Aspects of the Methodology of Social Pedology). The general principles of such a university are determined by characterizing the national elite. The author emphasizes that the form of training for national and humanitarian (elite) higher education is conditioned by the need to form a reserve for the preparation of a pro-Ukrainian democratic, oriented elite. Prom in his decision is based on a theoretical interpretation of the category of general psychology of consciousness by a domestic psychologist M.Ya. Grove and teacher H. Ekeblad. Involves the theoretical legacy of another domestic psychologist GI Chelpanova This category becomes the basis for determining the subject of research, already mentioned elite. The elite is a carrier of the category of consciousness, the engine of social progress. Category of consciousness in social psychology is modified in the category of social consciousness. he regional university has humanitarian and branch components. His graduates acquire a broad humanitarian education and branch training. In Ukraine, such universities should be formed in each of the regions. The regions will be determined after the liberation of the annexed Crimea and the occupied part of the Donbas. Since regional elite universities have already been identified in almost all regions, it remains to be done in Polissia. Taking into account the significance in the region of agriculture and the long-standing educational and scientific traditions connected with the gymnasium of higher sciences, later lyceums and the Institute of History and Philology, which were the educational centers of the Left Bank of Ukraine, such a university should appear on the basis of the current state name of Mykola Gogol. The author substantiates this by the presence of a beautiful campus of this high school and one of the oldest and richest libraries. He also emphasizes that the branch of such a university should be a unit of the Kiev University of bio resources and Environmental Ecology.
