Abstract

One of the important conditions for improving the efficiency of the national economy is the formation of managerial personnel in accordance with the requirements of the management system. This task is carried out within the framework of the management personnel management system. The article shows the role of objective integrated evaluation as a factor in performing effective work with management personnel, clarifies the existing concepts of personnel evaluation. An integrated approach to the evaluation of managerial personnel and the main component elements of an integrated assessment are worked out: objective characteristics, personal qualities, interpersonal relations, and results of managerial work. It proposes a set of the most appropriate methods for assessing managerial personnel, including a search method for assessing objective characteristics, psychological testing for assessing personality qualities, qualification testing for assessing special knowledge and professional skills, sociometric methods for assessing interpersonal relations, as well as assessing the volume of managerial functions performed, taking into account personal contribution, quality and timeliness of their performance. On the basis of a comprehensive assessment, a methodological approach has been developed to determine the fitness of an employee for a particular professional activity.
